IV International Conference By-Product Metals in Non-Ferrous Metals Industry – „By-Product Metals as a Key to Resource Efficiency in Circular Economy”

The conference shall cover various aspects related to the subject of by-product metals:

• European policy on secondary materials,

• characteristics of by-product metals (As, Co, Ni, Pb, Re, Bi, Sb, Se, Te, Cd, precious metals and others) in ores and concentrates,
• behaviour of by-product metals in metallurgical and hydrometallurgical treatment of base metal concentrates,
• by-product metals as impurities in base metals – methods for removal and refining,
• economics of by-product metals recovery,
• environmental protection in recovery of by-product metals,
• new compounds and alloys based on by-product metals,
• refractory metals – production and applications,

The 3^rd seminar on production and application of rhenium and its compounds will take place during the conference.
