Center of prestressing and sliding technology for engineering and road engineering structures Transport

Center of prestressing and sliding technology for engineering and road engineering structures operates under the Department of Process Control in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics AGH University of Science and Technology and its coordinator is dr inż. A. Jurkiewicz. The Center consists of specialists with many years of experience in the field of prestressing and sliding technology. The Department of Process Control has developed an original  prestressing and sliding technology,  which is protected by 10 patents. AGH University of Science and Technology has granted 56 license agreements for application of this technology. The center will undertake research of engineering objects and components and equipment used in the prestressing and sliding process. The work will also  include control systems used in this technology.
