The EIT Jumpstarter programme aims to create a sustainable impact in the Central-Eastern and Southern-European Regions by boosting innovation and entrepreneurship within this part of Europe. The programme’s concept originates from the needs of the innovation ecosystem of these regions. Throughout the programme, researchers want to be entrepreneurs and innovators who learn from expert trainers and mentors, who help them build a viable business model, validate it, and if it is sustainable, they are encouraged to register their company. We believe that this program might be interesting to your students, researchers or colleagues who would like to participate in the valorization of their research results – in line with your organizational policies – but have no experience in it. As EIT Jumpstarter is a training program with the opportunity to create a start-up or spin-off for your organization and further progress in our innovation funnel in the EIT RawMaterials accelerator or Booster program, this is a risk-free activity.
